Salumi di Suino di San Patrignano

Obtained by the best legs of our BRINATO porks. Produced with our exclusive recipe, with Cervia’s Salt and a mix of selected aromatic mountain herbs. The slice is big, uniform, medium pink, with a white fat cover. The scent is delicate and light. The taste is very appetizing, naturally spiced and poor of salt. No added polyphosphates.
