Our meat sauce is produced using pork from the ancient and prestigious “Mora Romagnola” breed, one of the five autochthonous Italian breeds that were thought to be extinct on our territory, but which were recuperated in 1982. The pigs on our farms, all looked after and reared by the young residents of San Patrignano, live in an environment that is healthy and unspoilt. They are given natural, GM-free fodder and this, along with ancient artisanal processing methods that use neither additives nor sugars, guarantees the unique and genuine flavours of times gone by.
