The San Patrignano panettone is made from selected flours, natural yeast and candied fruits made in the Community. The products made with natural leavening compared to those made with traditional leavening have better and more intense aromas and a more even crumb. The product is also easier to digest. The long leavening makes our Iced Panettone soft and fragrant. Before eating it, we recommend that it is left in a warm room or close to a source of heat in order to enhance the softness and fragrance of the cake, rich in eggs and butter.
