Three hectares cultivated with biological methods at an altitude of 200 m. calcareous/clay soil. Sylvoz training system. Density: 4,600 vines/ha. The vineyards were planted in 1997, their North-Eastern exposure helps to develop mineral flavours. Produces an average of 4000 kg per hectare.

Harvest and Wine-making: These grapes are peculiarly harvested. They are taken immediately to the cellar, where dry ice is used to preserve the aromatic integrity. Cryo-maceration.
Ageing: Only stainless steel. Further maturation in bottle before sale
