Extra-virgin olive oil produced by the Community on the Coriano hills from precious Corregiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Rossina varieties Shiny, golden green colour. Olives gathered by hand, continuous grinding and storage in nitrogenpressurised steel tanks. It has a fruity, fresh olive aroma of medium intensity and long length. It releases fragrances of chicory, green almonds, pine nuts and musk, framed by hints of freshly cut grass.
The flavour is rich in substance, complex and rounded. èVO is immediately convincing because of its elegance, with a moderately piquant and bitter after-taste, which go hand in hand with the memories perceived by the aromas.
Perfect with a pulse-based soup or baked sea bass.
