Bakery products San Patrignano

Our bakery products are made thanks to two yeast starters, called “Attila” and “Orni”, which were created thanks to the acidification of a water and flour dough that is fed daily. Our most popular products include rye and walnut bread, oat and raisin bread, Kamut bread, Tuscan bread (salt free), tomato and ricotta bread, split wheat bread and Puglia-style focaccia, as well as hand-rolled grissini flavoured with sage and Pecorino cheese that has been matured for 9 months, spelt and chocolate biscuits, chamomile biscuits, red wine biscuits (made using Aulente Sangiovese wine) and tarts. Our bakery also makes seasonal products, such as Colomba cakes at Easter and Pandoro and Panettone at Christmas, all naturally leavened and containing organic candied orange and citron.
